silent sunday: a few of my favorite things
I intended to do a Silent Sunday post filled with beautiful photos of our Thanksgiving day – the bounty of food, my family celebrating the day together. What happened instead was that I spent the day completely immersed in living and being. And feeling grateful. So, these photos — from after the meal — are what I’m left with.
And they’re enough, really.
I had thought about doing the same thing… but I never found time to take pictures of the feast. I think I prefer these, though. 🙂
Beautiful, MJ. Here’s hoping this is just the start of a peaceful and restorative holiday season for you and your family. xo
Gorgeous MJ. Best wishes to you and your family for the holiday season XOX
They are much more than enough…I took no T day photos either, but I am ok with that 🙂
So how was hosting your first Turkey dinner? Sounds like you had a few grateful days 😉
That is the sign of a wonderful Thanksgiving, when you are enjoying each moment to its fullest. Sometimes its nice to leave the camera on the table, isn’t it? I found myself doing that a lot with the kids last week. It was so nice to focus on them. So glad you had. Happy Thanksgiving!
